Evaluations are carried out every month and measure the global quality of each agency, each employee and each partner.
Indeed, our partners are subjected to a rigorous selection, validated by a partnership contract incorporating our clients’ requirements alongside the requirements inherent to our own activity (compliance with the provisions of the Gayssot Act No. 98-69 of 6th February 1998 governing the conditions for exercising the profession of road transporter).Client satisfaction is our main focus, which is why we have adopted a proactive approach to measure the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our clients.
